3D Digitization of Video using DeepLabCut Neural Network & DLTdv Freeware
You will need to have DeepLabCut (free) installed on a machine with appropriate specs to take advantage of the neural networks ability to track points of interest in the video.
https://github.com/DeepLabCut/DeepLabCut/blob/master/docs/installation.md To get 3D kinematics from the DeepLabCut outputs you will need to have DLTdv software installed from the Hedrick Lab (free). https://biomech.web.unc.edu/dltdv/ Once you have both installed you can follow the instructional pdf to train your network and then use the MATLAB code to convert the outputs into a format for the DLTdv software to compute the 3D coordinates.
